“What is the hight of base rail? I bought another GE microwave trim (Model:JX9153SJSS). The base rails are too high (no way to adjust) and make the microwave oven raised too high so make the trim too high. The cabinet door above it cannot open.”

Went threw the same hassle 3x. Finally took all my dimensions again and said forget the microwave, start with a trim kit that fits first. Once found it lists microwaves that it will fit. Just buy the one you want and presto, you’re done. Trying it the other way around is painful.

Microwave Optional 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX9153SJS is compatible with GE Café™ Series 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Convection/Microwave Oven CEB1599SJSS and GE Profile™ Series 1.5 Cu. Ft. Countertop Convection/Microwave Oven PEB9159SJSS. Microwave trim kits are not interchangeable. A trim kit consists of the trim frame, as well as ducts that encase and attach to the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for that model.
