I’m in Florida and have been waiting 9 months for it to be available. I bought it in Nov 2017 and finally received it last week in Aug 2018. Hopefully it is available everywhere now.

The GE Sales Rep told Best Buy this is a new color, the trim kits were made in China, and 1,500 were being shipped to the US for delivery. My install date has changed three times due to the trim kit unavailability. The GE Sales Rep was not responsive to the Best Buy people so I contacted GE on my own. They said they can't tell me why the trim kits are delayed but they expect them to be available mid-April because it is a new color. I don't understand why GE would sell an item that is not available for five months. While I do not have an answer to your specific location, I am assuming you are inquiring about the black stainless steel trim kit.
