I was getting the error message also.. It takes a while for the table to update so until it update you will continue to get that message.. Try the steps in the image below, if images not showing or working.. On youtube it's a guy that shows you how to troubleshoot the Infinity Table.. Hope this helps some people

But this table will not give me the option to connect to the internet. Now I’m at the reboot screen and it won’t let me select factory reset. So frustrating!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue. It's caused by the table not being connected to the internet. The problem for me was that out of the box it didn't even ask to connect to a wifi network, it just went to this auth failed screen. The answer on here was super helpful. The images showing the instructions were very small and I could only blow them up on my computer, not on the BBY app on my phone. Ultimately they tell you to factory reset by holding the power button and Volume + button at the same time. Keep holding... keep holding, then you get to a boot screen. You have two options... Reboot, or factory reset/data wipe. Choose factory reset. After wiping the unit and rebooting it works fine now.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FYI the instructions for the hard restart ALSO fix the game table not connecting to the game store. Right out of the box I couldn’t get the game store to come up. It was completely blank and empty and was super frustrating and irritating . Thank you Best Buy for these instructions. You saved Christmas.
