Many of the games are free. There are tons of developers who are actively making games for this system. Clue just became available for free as well. There are a few games that are available for pay as well, but they are very inexpensive - they were made by 3rd party companies. A few things to note: The build quality on this table is fantastic - super well made. It is a great overall system, and after owning one for many months, we still fire this thing up regularly to play board games. I used to really despise Monopoly, it just took too much time, and was a pain to deal with the banking and all the pieces, etc. I now enjoy it with the family, some of whom had not played Monopoly in 30+ years that now love it again - and with all the little bits of automation, it goes quicker. You can save games now (without leaving them up on the dining room table), and resume whenever. In short, this makes game night for the family a reality again, and in that, worth every penny.
