• Legs? Yes, click in on the spring loaded pegs first, and while holding them in on one side, wiggle the leg gently back and forth while pulling the leg away from the table.

• If you mean taking the legs back off, I cannot get them to release either. Was hoping to remove for storage. No luck so far.
