- Answer No. Some tvs have flash memory but not all. If it's a consistent problem I recommend purchasing an uninterruptible power supply. Then problem solved.

QuestionI just bought this model NS - 39DR510NA17. The remote is horrible. Having to use only the up-down button as the only way to change channels is archaic. Is there another remote I can buy that will have number buttons? How about the Anderic RRUR01.

- Answer Try using the Roku app on your smart phone if you have one. You must be on the same wifi network as your tv, but I liked it. It gave me the number pad you were looking for.

QuestionThe picture is sharp and contrast good but the colors are muted. The greens are not vibrant. Are the any picture color adjustments other than brightness?

- Answer I think this is comparable to the ROKU 3, but there is no voice search on the remote. You can download the remote app to a smart phone and use voice search with that.

QuestionI am trying to get the TV on the screen to change to HDMI so that I can get the TV working. The router was already hook up before I got the TV I put in the password to get hooked up but can't switch it to HDMI.

- Answer Use the TV button on the remote and it should take you to a drop down menu including HDMI 1, 2 or 3 depending on the number of HDMI outputs your TV has, choose the number for the one the HDMI cable is plugged into and you should be set.
