“i need more than 2 hdmi cable i only have 2 on mt tv if i get a rocketfish would it give me more hdmi outlet to play with like adding a surround sound home theater which i can't right now cause my hdmi cable are all being use”

It only has one output but 4 inputs. I have 3 devices connected to mine. You might be better off plugging your surround sound into your television and use this device for the other devices you plan on using.
