Make sure you’re all HDMI connections are secure to each location they’re going into. Might be a loose connection somewhere.

Please try again later.I had that issue when I first connected it to all my devices and wondered why and had to recheck ask the connections to insure that they were all connected correctly and firmly then restarted the port and that solved the problem for me. Also it may help to use higher end HDMI cables with the gold connectors to get a better signal. Hope this helps.
