I'll give the super-short version of the longer answer I gave someone on a similar issue: 1.) Unplug everything all at once, including the power adapter, AND INCLUDING ALL HDMI CABLES for the HDMI switchbox. Note that HDMI cables provide very tiny amount of power and can prohibit full reset if plugged into the box. 2.) Push the selector button on the switchbox to discharge any power. 3.) Plug everything back in, and try changing HDMI ports by using the button on the switchbox to see if it's fried from your power spike. If it still works then the remote control should still work, too. If not, sounds like maybe you had a power hit when the power went out and may be time to visit Geeksquad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m going to recommend an HDMI reset. To do this, unplug everything from the power. Disconnect all the HDMI cables from both ends and then reconnect them. Then plug in the source devices to the power. Give them about 30 seconds to boot up before plugging in the selector and then the TV. This should fix the issue for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try unplugging it for about 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, try taking it in to the Best Buy you purchased it at to see if it's still under warranty. If you don't have the receipt, they can look it up for you. Hope you get it working, I love mine too.
