If you are within the warranty coverage, you may certainly seek replacement. Otherwise, you would need to replace it at your own expense if beyond warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know if it's a warranty issue but mine works perfectly and does not have this problem. First make SURE that it's not a cable issue. If it's not, then I would take it back to BB and see if they will exchange it.
