“Can I stream on twitch using this if I already have a capture card”

• I haven’t tried streaming on twitch yet, but I have multiple systems plugged into this, and this HDMI selector plugged into an El Gato capture card. That lets me switch between systems to record onto my computer. I know this isn’t exactly what you asked, but I hope it helps.

• Not simultaneously if using an external monitor. It is a switch so outputs only one of the four inputs at a time. If using a laptop and cloning the displays then yes.
