• You can run Roku,gaming unit,computer etc,but not a soundbar.it is designed to run units that display video that has audio by HDMI through you tv speakers.if you have a optical or coaxial output on your tv, you can run that to soundbar

• If you want a device to merge multiple HDMI inputs into a single HDMI bistream output simultaneously, then you need an active multiplexer like Skreens which should be for sale around March 2016 for around $200-$400... Otherwise you'll have to go with extremely $$$ professional studio brand which go for over $1,000.00+.
