• This device has 4 input and one output HDMI ports. It will only show you one output at a time.

• Yes, but only one will work at a time. It doesn't split signals it uses each port as a separate entity.

• I do not believe so. The device is for incoming signals from multiple devices. For example: a blue ray player, cable box, gaming console going to one TV. I do not believe that it splits a signal from one device going into multiple TVs or monitors.

• This is not useful for that purpose. Either you're looking for a splitter, which sends the same signal to multiple monitors, or a multi-monitor setup which sends different sections of your computer view to each monitor.
