I love questions like this. You would need to choose a sound bar with an HDMI input, then you could run the output of the switch to the input of a splitter, then from that to the sound bar and projector. Some sound bars have both HDMI input and output, in which case you wouldn't need a splitter.

If there is an audio output on the projector, even if there's no native sound, you should be able to hook up the surround sound to that. I have my HDMI running to my HDMI TV and then I've had a soundbar connected to the TV and that's worked just fine.
