• You can have 4 devices connected simultaneously on the switch. Only one input can be active at a time.

• Only 1 port at a time, but you can switch between them very easy with the press of the remote button. You set it up as up to 4 inputs into a single device(TV) and select which you want to view.

• Not really sure what you are asking but only one port is active at a time. This will not let you display on multiple monitors/TV. This items main purpose is to add ports for multiple devices when the TV has only one of two limited ports.
