“I have a Rocket fish 4-port switch. One port is for my steaming of Netflix/Amazon. It connects briefly but will not stay connected. Why?”

• Possibilities include 1) bad HDMI cable -. Try a new one. 2) dysfunctional port -.try switching device to a different port. 3) streaming device is 4K which is not supposed by the Rocketfish. 4) streaming device not compatible with the port.

• Its not compatible because of the glitch it has. I have the same issue with Apple tv with Rocket fish. You are better off spending a little more money and get a name brand Switch. Good luck

• Try loading your netflix threw your dvd or blueray play which you can connect to the splitter box
