No you will not need a new stream box for Netflix unless you plan to stream other services that are not available on the TV hopefully your TV has apps and you could just add other streaming services to it

I have one and as long as the TV is connected to your WiFi you should simply be able to get the Netflix site right on the TV. You will love it, it is so great! And if you have Amazon prime video you may get that on the TV as well.
