The accidental damage coverage is a joke. Better to not buy the coverage and hope you’re careful. The associates selling these extra coverages are out there saying anything to get the customer to bite.

The deceitful actions by store associates and being allowed by store managers are seen by all.

Your brother was not the one that purchased the plan. Like basic car insurance if he wrecked your car with only liability

Please know that the Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) offered with some of our Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plans only applies to an operational or mechanical failure caused by an accident from handling that arises from your normal daily usage of your covered product. Fire damage from a cigarette will not be covered by ADH.
