vacuum is not working , where can i get it fix? null

Set a geek squad appt but be prepared to wait. Took them over 2 months to tell me they couldn't fix it.

If you have insurance. Set up an appointment through the app. The day of your appointment, take your vacuum to the Best Buy location that you chose and they’ll replace it or give you a gift card of the value if they no longer carry that product.

Yes return at the store. I still had my warranty geek squad protection plan. It was quick and easy exchange of a new vacuum.
