• Their policies are awful! They just took my monitor and insisted that I take some other monitor when they had one on the store. They finally refunded my money. But I lost my good deal. I didn't they were so butt hurt when you accepted their offers.

• Yes, it should cover it as it is a hardware issue and not due to physical circumstances (you didn’t hit it, it just happened because of the game).
