It was covered for me. I just recently returned a $1000 monitor with no hassle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. As the manager of the store where I'd bought mine put it, "the extended warranty does not cover any physical damage to monitors or TVs." She was polite enough to admit that this means it would technically not cover anything, since modern displays can only be physically damaged, then she refunded me the warranty (prorated).
