• It activates once you buy it and it lasts for how many years you got the plan for it for, like a 2 year plan or a 4 year plan.

• If you buy it in store as you purchase item, you shouldn’t have to do anything. I would call customer service if that information doesn’t help.

• It is already activated

• It is already activated once you purchase the plan. The staff is able to look up and verify your purchases for the replacement plans.
