Do you install the initial product when it's delivered? Do I need a hose at the back as this is sitting over a sump pump pit for drainage in the basement? Can you bring a hose for installation and I reimburse?

The product comes with a standard decent length hose initially but you can upgrade yourself to whatever you prefer

They can install the product after it is delivered.  When you call for the install appointment, explain what your situation is and they will figure out with you the best planning process.
