Try to connect with the TV duo output play a music service and while it's playing Try to adjust the device settings for the output pcm TV Bluetooth and hdmi it should be adapting and configure itself

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.my guess would be its not paired to tv. I had to try it a couple times when i got mine. I cant help you beyond that. Im not to tech savvy, YET! Maybe call Geek Squad for help or the company who made tv...just guesses here, i have called tv company more than once to get answers before.
