“When I first received my printer we got it all set up and everything worked fine. Now I can’t print from either my computer or my cell phone. The printer is an HP Envoy Photo7855 and I have only had it for 1 week. It keeps saying it is offline .”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it to the store it’s junk. I had that happen to me with a HP & I’ll never buy another one. It’s a software problem in the printer. RETURN IT & get a different brand! Nothing you can do to fix it. Mine cost me $189 & was a big paperweight!
