If your Printer is New or Fairly New you Still have the HP Warranty or like I have on All My Purchases an Extended Warranty that I Pay Extra for Added Protection & Service. I Would just Call HP at their 800 Telephone Customer Service Line their Extremely Helpful & Knowledgeable. Hope that Help you? Good Luck!
