“Does this also include support in addition to product replacement?”

• I have called HP on at least 4 occasions and always got an answer to my printer problems. When I encounter Instant ink problems I call Instant Ink and get great service all the time. Product replacement from Best Buy is according to their return policy but I usually buy the extended warranty and have no problems returning an item.
