The Geek Squad can most likely walk you through most electronics problems over the phone! If not, you can take it to the store. If by odd chance they can't fix it there, they will send it to the appropriate designation, i.e., product's manufacturer for repair or a new product..

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this same problem with my HP printer. Very frustrating. (1) You can use the cables that came with the printer to reestablish the connection between the printer and computer. Once that happens you can make it “wireless”. If your frustrated (2) call Total Tech support and schedule a Geek Squad home visit. I found the Geek Squad home visit well worth it. The online assistance can get drawn out. Hope this helps. Btw they have come to my home twice for this same issue. You are not alone!!
