“I need to use another card for payment it’s suppose to be for my orders on the echo n warranty I’m suppose to picked up on Friday the 18th”

• If your warranty is still good, depending upon what you have been told, when you dropped off the item to be repaired, the insurance should cover the product. Unless you spend more on the new replacement, you would have to make up the difference. You also have to get new Geek Squad Product Replacement with the replaced item. The old insurance coverage no longer exists on the replacement item that you pick up.

• No worries, just call into Customer Service and they can change the card info for you, or sign into your account and update your credit card info there.
