The pages hold 4 discs on the front, and 4 more on the rear of the page. No rings and non removable pages. Its a little bulky but holds 400 discs, so has to be expected. I know you're question was posted over a year ago, but if you haven't addressed your storage issue, I would buy it again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is not a locking 3 ring binder. Holds 4 dvd's or cd's to each side of a page. Great for storage so you do not have all the cases. You can add pages but it is not easy to do that nor can you get the extra sheets anymore and they are more expensive than just buying a couple of these binders.
