“Had this system for about six months now and now I get no output from the bass speaker, checked the wire it is good the speaker works when hooked to a different input but nothing when hooked to receiver . should I send it back ?”

Had something similar happen so did a reset and update. Fixed the dropped speaker and has worked normally ever since
