“This system has worked great for years. All of a sudden though there is no sound when using screen mirror or netflix but tv and Amazon prime work fine. Any idea why only some functions stopped working? I use an optical cable if that helps.”

I'm thinking Samsung stopped providing some services or supporting any updates to your system on those particular ones you are wanting to use, OR maybe you need to update it? Yes these need to be updated too lol. I am having a problem with mine not reverting back to the tv when its powered off like it used to.
