“We have a LG Dryer with 5 Year Warranty, inner glass was shattered from REGULAR DRYING PROCESS. Called Bestbuy and sent a tech onsite to fix the issue. According to the TECH "the damage is not covered because its considered accidental damage" Why?”

I’m very sorry to hear that. But That’s BS! I was told my geek squad protection covered anything! That’s why we paid for it! Great, now I have to be concerned about not getting the service I was told I would receive.
