does best buy warranty cover damage screen null

As far as I can tell it’s a very narrow list of things they cover , they wouldn’t cover a screen that wouldn’t turn on. I don’t know what caused the cracks in the screen but Best Buy will assume YOU broke it somehow making the protection worthless .
