Q: QuestionHow can I connect a hearing device to this tv and still get sound from the tv speakers for other people in the room ? I can connect the device by Bluetooth, digital, analog , or optical.

• A:Answer There is an option on mine unnder sound that says bluetooth and optical, or tv speakers and bluetooth, or optical and bluetooth, just look a little deeper in your sound settings, i know i hooked up my daughter's cochlear implants that are bluetooth and have the tv speakers going as well, if all else fails call LG support or youtube it, Hope that helps and good luck!

Q: QuestionAre software issues covered with Geek Squad? I just received a software update on my current smart tv from manufacturer. I updated it as required. Now the TV doesn't boot up. I lost a good working TV for no reason. Let me know if such issues are covered.

• A:Answer No, software issues done by the vendor are not covered by BB protection plans. UNLESS you decide to return the product for a functional and update device. You need to reach out to the TV manufacturer and report the issue and request a service technician or phone support.

• A:Answer SO simple - you can just call the Best Buy toll free number and they will walk through how to take care of this, you can do it online, and if you know the phone number to your store you can actually call them (please understand wait times as with pretty much any company now). I think I should get a job a Best Buy, lol!!

• A:Answer it's up to the discretion of the manager to allow this. usually, it's fewer days. However, you can just say you want to try out the product first, then when you feel comfortable buying the protection plan, you can return with your satisfaction and buy it.

• A:Answer More likely no, but you can ask away and hope for the best. they can cover things like ghost lines, green screen use to a magnet next to the tv. something similar in that area. I hope you can get it to fix!
