For me it’s taken a month and still don’t have it

Please try again later.For me I have not received a status update on the website in 3 weeks the last update said it was in their queue and will be sent to an agent soon, but when we went to the store for them to ship it he said it would take 2 weeks for me to get it back its been a month and I still don't have it so if you don't receive your device between 2-3 weeks you are probably out of luck.
