Yes. I just replaced my 60” with a 75” tv. You might get electrical outlet installed in the area for a cleaner hang where no cables are visible.

Hi, yes it can. That's where my TV was and I upgraded and they took the old one down and installed the new one they had to make some adjustments but they did a great job!
