Q: QuestionHow hard is the assembly process?

• A:Answer Hello Bg, This item requires full assembly, other than the fireplace which is a simple plug-in unit. It can easily be screwed into place. The item comes with step-by-step instructions for assembly as well as all parts and hardware. On average it takes about an hour to assemble. If you are interested, Best Buy offers an in-home assembly service called "Geek Squad" but you would need to discuss pricing and details with Best Buy directly.
