“On the app it says which model it is, but it does not state 5th Wheel V10 MAX?? May you please help!”

Our app uses the internal manufacturing model number, which in the V10MAX's case is the ES16. When connecting to your scooter for the first time, you will see the ES16 model number + your unit's specific ID code and once connected, you can rename your scooter to anything you prefer.
