You can buy a Plex membership for yourself directly through Plex. However, if you want to buy a Plex membership as a gift (birthday, Christmas, whatever), Best Buy is really your only option. (I haven't done it yet, but it feels like you need to be a Best Buy member, as well as the recipient. I'll post more information - assuming Best Buy will let me edit this post - as I find out.)
