“Hi, I have an Apple TV 4K. Using the certified belkin cable. I set it to dobly vision when I set it up and the screen is green. Set it to hdr10 it works fine. Tried everything I found online nothing worked. Any ideas? will return it if this can't be fixed”

• Depending on your HDMI Cable length, you may required a “Fiber Optic” HDMI Cable.

• I would recommend trying another HDMI cable, I have had “certified” cables not properly send the signal. I have an Apple TV 4K and it displays Dolby Vision on this tv flawlessly both directly connected and when run through my Yamaha RX-A1080 receiver.

• Have you tried going to input settings for that hdmi slot and turning on Full UHD color? Sometimes the feed doesn't work properly unless you do.
