• Hey @Jaylonghaul, the wheel is all weather rated and will work in light rain/snow. However, we don't recommend riding through any standing water above 20cm. Thanks!

• No, it is not waterproof. It does have some level of water resistance. For example, its not raining but the roads are a little wet you can still ride.
