Does this work for PS3 null

I don't believe so but not 100% sure

i can not answer this question because i don't have a PS3 but i can confirm that it is perfectly working with steam (either d-input or as switch pro controller) besides it is possible to connect via Bluetooth to windows 10/11 (recognized as d-input controller). If you want to use it with an emulator such as yuzu/ryujinx or cemu you can install betterforjoycon application for windows and use this controllers' motion sensors as well.
