• Yes, I use two of these adapters to connect two Xbox One controllers to my PC. You can only connect one controller per adapter.

• Yes, it will work with an Xbox One controller as long as you have one of the later versions that supports Bluetooth. You can test this by putting the controller in pairing mode and seeing if it’s recognized by another device with Bluetooth like your phone.
