• Yes it will - the Wiimote controllers use Bluetooth, and can even work with regular Bluetooth devices. The problem is that most other devices do not have the drivers for the Wiimotes, which is the purpose of this 8bitdo adapter. Just keep in mind it only supports one controller at a time, so you’ll have to switch between the two controllers.

• No and maybe. Wii does not use bluetooth, so that's a definite no right away. Xbox 1 controllers added bluetooth when the Xbox One S came out. If you have a newer XB1 controller it will have bluetooth. Older will not. There are guides online to check the difference.
