“Will this projector work outside when it's dark? We often go camping and like to setup a movie on white screen with projector being about 4ft away. I'm not looking for amazing quality but would like it to be enjoyable for kids/adults to watch.”

At a distance of 4ft from the screen, the image produced from the LED Pico would not be bright enough for viewing. I would recommend a bigger projector like the AAXA P4-X Pico projector that would provide enough brightness.
