• limiting because you can't download much to it like music pictures etc.

• For a ChromeBook that should be fine as you won't be storing much on your hard drive, that is what the 16GB eMMC Flash Memory is, the ChromeBook's hard drive to store local files. Though it is pretty small amount of storage it will be very fast. With buying a ChromeBook that should be the minimum amount you get for your hard drive. I would recommend looking for ChromeBooks with at least 4 GB of RAM though. Those will last a lot longer and be much faster!
