I highly doubt it’s ready for pick up. Seems as if it needs to be shipped to your specific store. At least that was the case for me. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone unless your sole purpose was to ONLY use the internet. There is absolutely no memory on this laptop. I could download chrome, I wasn’t able to download Microsoft word. When I returned the laptop, Best Buy wasn’t even able to factory reset it because of how little memory there was.
