Does the monitor rotate? (X axis) null

I placed 2 of these monitors on a "mount-it" dual screen monitor stand, which I also purchased from BestBuy. Unfortunately the base plate on this Acer model is fixed so no x-axis rotation (Assuming for better Data/excel viewing), but these are such great monitors, even better than my office monitors and can't beat it at $99. Do yourself a favor and get a $40 mounting stand and you can rotate from the stands as you can mount it with the vesa/mounting screws horizontal and vertical.
