“My lap top has a hdmi port to hook up a moniter, will the moniter be able to hook into my laptop, and does it come with the cord needed to do that? If not what cord do I need?”

• Yes it will hook up to your laptop-that's how I am using mine right now. However, it does NOT come with an hdmi cord. You will need to purchase one of those separately.

• You will need an HDMI cord to use this monitor with you laptop, should work smoothly

• This monitor has HDMI, DVI and VGA connections. If your laptop has any of these, it should work fine. The monitor includes a VGA cable.
